The Breath to Nirvana with Lama Michael Weekend Retreat

In this return to the fundamentals, we’ll immerse ourselves in the Buddha’s direct path of awareness through the breath, a doorway to Nirvana and the cessation of suffering.


Throughout the weekend, Lama Michael will guide you in a series of mindfulness of breathing meditations, interwoven with talks on transforming the four primary destructive emotions that so often bind the heart: anger, anxiety, guilt, depression.
